1. What sizes and styles does Whereipic offer? We carry women’s clothing in sizes XS–3XL (check each product for detailed size chart with bust, waist, hip, and length measurements). Styles include:

  • Dresses (casual, midi, maxi, cocktail)
  • Tops & blouses
  • Bottoms (pants, jeans, skirts, leggings)
  • Outerwear (blazers, jackets, cardigans)
  • Knitwear, sets & versatile everyday pieces

We focus on flattering cuts with stretch where needed for all-day comfort.

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong size, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are your clothes true to size and comfortable? Yes! We use soft, stretchy, breathable fabrics designed for real life and all-day comfort. Most styles run true to size — please refer to the detailed size chart and customer photos/reviews on each product page.

7. How do I care for the clothing? Most items are machine washable (cold/gentle cycle) and tumble dry low. Avoid bleach or high heat to preserve colors and stretch. Specific care labels are on each garment — always follow them for best results.
